No, Chris Jones Gaming isn't, just me when I'm bored.

Still, as I drive around, you can be sure the inhabitants of San Andreas know about Chris Jones Gaming, lol

Actually, there's something slightly wrong with that model, so that it doesn't always look that good, it's got these horizontal lines going through it. It could either be one of the textures cos GTA:SA works on an archive system, or a problem with the model. My part is fine, as are the other textures that came with it.

No, I haven't got anything that will run it at the moment, can't afford the latest consoles or PCs, unfortunately.

Anyway, it may look good, but it isn't really my kind of thing.........I was saying to Chris Martin the other day, I really don't like Track Games because there's no freedom.

Why give you so much power over every aspect of your car from the way it looks right down to the way it performs, when you have no freedom to drive where you want, when you want. You have to drive round and round in circles with other drivers on your back the entire time you're playing the game.

I prefer games where you have free-roam, where you can race when you want, but if you're not in the mood to race or just want to explore, you can go into free-roam and blast along motorways as fast as you can...........Shift, like Pro Street (though much better apparently) is a very, very linear game and I don't like that, so even if I could run it, I'm not sure I would buy it.

Saying that, a game with more pedigree in this area, like Gran Turismo 5 that's coming up, could possibly be more interesting to me, but again, I aint got anything to run it just yet.

Anyway, back on topic, a shot I took today on one of the rare times I play Legacy:

No, San Andreas is worse. You can't add any content to the existing files, only replace files, because if you add one single file, it crashes, though I did hear a rumour that people were working on it and might have had some success.

Most of the large scale mods for it are pretty boring, just making San Andreas into Vice City and Liberty City and stuff like that. There was one that me and Laserdisc were watching at one point, which was attempting to do a Doctor Who mod for it, but in the end, they just dropped off the face of the Earth.

Legacy is a pain in the arse because it's a broken game, San Andreas is a pain in the arse cos it's a locked game. I mean, you can make your own missions and redesign the map and stuff, but.............It quite simply wouldn't be worth the time and effort.
