TNG Era Exploration - Star Trek's future in the 'canon' timeline..

Cant recall if u tested it already - just bringing it to the forefront as Muldrf was talking about map changes ingame with scripting.

I checked out the Breen mission last night and have to say that this is not a bad mission but it is not really an Exploration mission.  Complete with voice overs to 'splain what to do, this mission is more like a "seek help and then destroy" mission.  The wormhole effect works fine and is really kinda cool, so after going through the first wormhole the player will find additional ships to help in taking out the Breen.  I think the whole thing was scripted nicely, the mission works without a hitch if you follow the intended course.  There is even a repair station which one can use to repair your own ship and the fleet too. The wormhole that changes maps opens a multitude of possibilties like a mission that would be similar to "First Contact".  Overall this is a fun mission but prepare for battle, not exploration. 

This missions' scripter needs some props for making it change maps so .... Props!

That Breen mission mentioned above has been reclassified as an original mission.

The 'Formation of a Star' Exploration idea has been expanded into the TNG era. It'll be fun.
